"A quick homemade Salad Dressing."

• Ingredients: 5
• Serves: 2

ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup olive oil
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• fresh ground black pepper
• 3 tablespoons orange juice or 3 tablespoons lemon juice

directions

1. Mix Vinegar, Juice, salt, pepper together. Add Oil and whisk till blended.
2. Pour over your favorite salad.
