This is a quick, easy salad dressing that tastes light with a hint of garlic.
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- Combine it all in a small bottle or jar and shake it up - then just pour it on the salad and enjoy!
I made this for Pick A Chef 2007. It is a nice, easy vinaigrette dressing and I used it on a green salad full of fresh veggies. Thank you for sharing your recipe!
