A nice vinaigrette with many nice layers of flavor, both of us thought the tarragon was a nice addition. I made as written cutting down to four servings which were still good size servings, thanks for the post.

This is one of the best vinaigrettes I have ever tasted. My DH loved it and he isn't usually a fan of Italian dressings. I cut this back to 1/4 and still have enough for another dinner. Made and reviewed for ZWT4. Thanks for posting.

Good flavor dressing. Like most dressings, the flavor is better after being refrigerated for several hours.

Thanks for sharing Lainey but I'm afraid its not our cup of tea, we found the dressing too oily for our taste.
I will be using the rest of the dressing to roast mini potatoes; I'm positive they will be wonderful.

I cut the recipe down to 1/4 to end up with 1 cup of dressing. I used it in Balsamic Chicken Pasta
#189905. It added a real kick to a simple salad. Excellent combination of flavors! Plenty left to enjoy on a fresh mixed green salad for dinner tonight. Made for 1st Annual Holiday Tag Game. Thanks for posting Lainey.

This was a very nice and unusual dressing. I had never added wine to a dressing before (wine vinegar-yes, wine-no), and thought it was good. Rather than salad oil, I used all olive oil, but a very good, fruity oil (pressed from our own olives). The herbs and slight sweetness offered by the sugar was very good and complementary to the Greek Salad I served this on.

We loved the bold, fruity flavors of this dressing. It was very refreshing when served with spaghetti and garlic bread - almost cleansed the palate. This made a lot so we'll be enjoying this throughout the week. Thanks for a wonderful recipe that DH gave two thumbs up!
