This was just OK for us. I chose this recipe because I had all these ingredients on hand and I made as written. I'm not really quite sure why this is Vietnames because it just seems like any other fried rice recipe. It was good and nourished us. Thanks Dancer.

I never realized how simple fried rice was to make. I tripled the recipe for company and it was terrific. I also used the only onion I had on hand, white, and it didn't matter. Two thumbs up. I will definately make this again. Even the kids loved it!
