ingredients

• 78.78 ml fish sauce
• 14.79 ml minced garlic
• 14.79 ml chili sauce
• 59.14 ml sugar
• 1 lemon, juice of
• 59.14 ml rice vinegar
• 22.18 ml water

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Season to taste with additional sugar, fish sauce or water.

Just the recipe I was looking for. I had to increase the water and vinegar a bit to offset the overpowering fish sauce taste. All in all, this is a lovely, easy recipe. Thanks!
