    There are numerous Sinh Tos just as there are numerous kinds of fruit. This is from an old newspaper clipping I found in my grandmother's recipe box. She liked to colect international recipes long before it was popular to do so.

      Boil the fructose and water for about 4 min to get fructose syrup.

      Blend all the ingredients, except for the ice and coconut milk, until smooth, then pass the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve.

      To serve, pour the drink into chilled tall glasses, add the ice cubes and top with coconut milk.

      This beverage is also usually served with a shot glass of iced water to remove any aftertaste.

      This sounds like what i had in vietnam, except I prefer the fruits to be non blended and with a little condensed milk drizzled on top. Toasted coconut would tastes extremely good with this too! Thank you for sharing thsi recipe for now I can make it at home. The ingredients will be pretty difficult to find though, but it will be worth it!
