Yum, I'm drinking one right now! Water or regular milk needs to be added to help the blending along. I was out of milk, so I added a bit of water along with the ice before adding the avocado and condensed milk. I think I went a little overboard with the condensed milk though, hehe. Next time I will put more ice in to give it more of a smoothie consistency rather than a creamy shake.

What a great shake! If you like avocados, you'll love the fresh flavor of this recipe. However, in order to make it more blender friendly, I added about a 1/4 c of 2% milk (otherwise nothing would move, let alone, blend). I also left out the sugar, otherwise it would be too sweet.

I love avocado shake! It is my favorite drink whenever I go to the bubble tea shops! I made it at home, and added vanilla ice cream to make it more creamy!

I did not have condensed milk on hand so I substituted evaporated milk and three tablespoons of sugar. It was PERFECT! Very thick and rich, so I only had a small glass and froze the rest for later. Great recipe.
