  1. This was really good. I like that it wasn't too sweet. I drink my coffee without cream or sugar and tend to stay away from sweet foods. I used a dark chocolate which may have kept it from being too sugary. I am putting the leftovers in the fridge--I'm going to try it later over ice. Made for ZWT4.

  2. We loved this coffee. It was a bit sweeter then I was expecting (probably due to the fact that i don't usually put sugar (or chocolate) in my coffee) but was good. It would be a great after dinner coffee and would be lovely by the fire in winter! Made for ZWT4. Whine & Cheese Rock!

  3. I liked it! It's a sophisticated cross between hot cocoa and coffee. Next time I'll give into the impulse to add some Kahlua too :) Thanks Evelyn for a lovely drink. Made for ZWT, please see my rating system as I rate tougher than most.

  4. Yummy coffee! I used decaf, and for the light cream, 1/2 & 1/2. For the chocolate I used Baker's unsweetened. Thank you Evelyn!

  5. I am really enjoying this coffee. Sipping as I am reading ZWT thread. I used semi-sweet chocolate so the coffee itself is not too sweet, the way I like it. The whipped topping is great, I spooned it all off and then added some more. I really like the touch of cinnamon.

I moved out here many, many years ago from Ottawa, Canada - so I am blessed in having two wonderful heritages! I suffer from compulsive obsessive behaviour with regard to food and my psychiatrist thought it would be a good idea to find a 'society' where many have the same problem and try to find a cure. So far, I've copied a couple of thousand recipes from this site and my psychiatrist has thrown the towel in and refuses to answer the phone when I call. What did I do wrong? Got 3 kids that keep me on the go - 10 and under at this point (2008) - I may not get round to updating this for a few years, so you'll have to do your own maths. I teach English full-time and Greek Cookery part-time. I would like to make the cooking part of it full-time and the English Grammar part of it part-time. That's all for now.
