A great dip to serve with crackers. I usually used Triscuits.

This was excellent! I used an Italian cheese blend that had mozzarella, parmesan, asiago and provolone. Served with Triscuits - no leftovers! Made for Spring PAC 2010.
This was so good, much better than the old standby with sourcream and onion soup. It was easy to make on short notice and enjoyed by all. I just mozzerrella cheese then topped with a combo of mozzerrella and parmasian and sprinkled the top with some cayian pepper for just a little extra zing. Served with triscuits, wonderful and enjoyed by all.
This will definatly be made a few more times before the end of the holidays! I used light mayo and 3/4 cup grated parm, 1/4 cup shredded mozz and it turned out great! I love it with the triscuits, but I think it would o great with corn chips too! Thanks for the easy and delicious dip recipe! Made for PAC fall 09.
