Growing up with an Italian mother, I learned how to make good pasta dishes. Of course, I took my mom's recipe and modified it to my liking and now I'm addicted.

This was really good! I was concerned with the amount of eggs that it would set up like scrambled eggs but with the cream and sour cream it just helped to thicken the sauce. I think next time rather than adding the cold sauce to the noodles I will mix the sauce and ham in a sauce pan and heat through and then pour in with noodles. Will make again!! Made for Spring 2009 PAC.
