Decidedly sweet, this would suit a chicken salad with mandarin orange slices and toasted almonds. This used a LOT of sugar, it was hard to dissolve it all and keep it suspended. I would recommend using superfine sugar to make it easier to mix. Made for Spring 2014 Pick A Chef.

This is a delicious, light, slightly sweet dressing. It sounds so simple for being so good!
