- 709.77 ml Corn Chex
- 709.77 ml Rice Chex
- 591.47 ml Wheat Chex
- 354.88 ml pretzels
- 354.88 ml Cheez-It crackers
- 236.59 ml roasted peanuts (unsalted)
- 118.29 ml butter
- 29.58 ml cajun seasoning (I use Tone's)
- 4.92 ml garlic powder
- 4.92 ml onion powder
- 29.58 ml Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins)
- 0.26-0.32 ml hot sauce, if desired
directions
- preheat oven to 250F 2 rimmed sheet pans.
- Place cereals, crackers, pretzels, and peanuts in a large microwave proof bowl.
- Melt butter, add spices,worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce if using.
- Mix well and pour over cereal mix. Stir to mix.
- Microwave on high for 2 minute Stir well.
- Microwave 2 minute Stir well.
- Divide onto sheet pans, bake 20 minute.stir and rotate pans.
- Bake 20 min, cool and enjoy!
