- 1 1⁄4 cups almond milk
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 scoop protein shake mix (probably could do two scoops just add a little extra milk)
- Heat milk and mashed banana to boiling.
- Reduce to medium heat
- Add in rest of ingredients except vi-shape and cook 5 mins or until oats are soft.
- Remove from heat and stir in vi-shape.
