Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Heat milk and mashed banana to boiling.
  2. Reduce to medium heat
  3. Add in rest of ingredients except vi-shape and cook 5 mins or until oats are soft.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vi-shape.
  5. Enjoy.
