Great for those long days at work or Christmas shopping...come home and dinner is ready.
- 453.59 g dried red beans
- 453.59 g cajun kielbasa
- 9.85 ml salt
- 4.92 ml pepper
- 946.36 ml water
- 170.09 g tomato paste
- 226.79 g tomato sauce
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- cajun seasoning, to taste
- Soak beans overnight. Drain and discard water.
- Mix together all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cover. Cook on low 10-12 hours, or until beans are soft.
- Serve over rice.

My husband is from Louisiana and he's been telling me how red beans & Rice are his fav. I didn't know what the big deal was until I made this last night. I never had Red beans and Rice in my life, but your dish was AWESOME!!!!!!
