    • ½ cup prepared horseradish
    • ¼ cup nonfat sour cream
    • ¼ cup mayonnaise substitute (I use fat-free Smart Beat. It tastes great and is actually healthy for your heart.)

    Directions:

      Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill.

      Serve on beef.

      EXCELLENT! I used fat free Miracle Whip, non fat sour cream, and Silver Springs prepared horseradish. It was BETTER than anything I have ever had in a restaurant, and got rave reviews from fussy people! Definite "keeper" Cliff, thanks!!

      Great stuff!!! Used regular mayo rather than low fat. Used the sauce on roast beef sandwiches. Toasted the roll tops then added some lettuce, your sauce and rare roast beef slices. Then popped the roll bottoms with horseradish cheese slices under the broiler until brown and bubbly. Then slapped the two halves together.... =) Happy happy taste buds.=) The double shot of horseradish (one cold-one hot) was enough to clear sinuses for a week!! Thanks for posting!!!
