The name says it all.
- Melt all ingredients over a water bath.
- Stir constantly, avoiding bubbles.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Pour over cooled cake from the center and let spread itself, run a spatula along the cake side to distribute the glaze.
This is an excellent glaze. I reduced the recipe to a smaller amount and used it to top some creme puffs. I used semi-sweet chocolate and the flavor was not too sweet and just perfect.
