      This was fast to put together. I did it in the morning and we had it with dinner. Nice. My husband, who does not like canned corn at all, even said it was ok! Nice flavor.

      This is awesome. I added 1 diced jalapeno, and it made 4 servings. (too good to divide into such small portions!). I will make this often.
