Quick, Simple and delicious. Loved it -- however, I am not a big pepper fan, I used 1/2 a pepper. I also like my bisque creamy so before adding the seafood (I used crab and shrimp) I used my hand blender to 'puree' the veggies in it. Loved the taste of the alfredo and tomato with the seafood. Was a hit at home and at work.

We loved this seafood bisque. Rich and creamy...just the way we like it. Another bonus is it is so easy to prepare. I served a garden salad and bread along side and we had a wonderful meal. Hubby insists that I make it again. Thanks KadesMom, this really hit the spot.

I really thought I was going to like this, but after making I was disappointed. I really didn't care for the combonation of the tomato sauce and the alfredo sauce. It had a sweet creaminess that was too over the top. If I make this again I won't add the alfredo... I couldn't eat a whole bowl it was way too rich.
