This is ready in a jiffy, and so good! I garnish this with real whipped cream and miniature choc chips.
- In blender, process chocolate chips and powdered sugar until coarsley chopped.
- In saucepan on med heat, bring half and half and butter to a boil.
- Add to blender.
- Cover and process until melted and smooth.
VERY, VERY rich. Easy and smooth, but absolutely must be served with whipped cream on top or something to cut the richness.

Very rich chocolate pudding. Definitely needs whipped cream garnish. I have a very similar recipe from Taste of Home magazine using same amount of chocolate chips but 1/3 cup icing sugar and 1 cup milk, with the same amount of butter. With the half-and-half it is much richer. Both versions are delicious. My grandchildren loved it.
