My father used to make this for me all the time. I have cooked this for other people and they always ask for more. Make a pan of cornbread and eat up. Its even better the next day! Please try and leave feedback. I want to know if you enjoy it as much as I do!
- 1 -2 link Polish sausage
- 4 -5 medium red potatoes
- 1 small head of cabbage
- 2 medium sweet onions
- 2 cups water
- salt and pepper
- slice sausage, half potatoes, break apart Cabbage, quarter onions put all ingredients in a dutch oven, put the lid on it.
- Cook on medium heat for approximately 30-45 minutes.
- Its better to leave the lid on the pot for the flavors to mix.
