I made strawberry bars instead, by using strawberry pie filling. Yummy!
These are a moist lemon bars. I used a 9 x 13 pan. They stay together once cut.
These were very moist and very tender. Lots of lemon flavor. I made these in a 10 x 15 inch pan.
These tasted great! I used a 9"x13" pan, and the "bars" were more like a cake. They weren't thin like I expected. I wonder if a 10"x15" pan was meant.
This is the easiest lemon bar recipie! I've made it several times now and I can't believe I forgot to post a rave review. I will have to try other pie fillings...
Super easy & Very tasty!!! This is definitely a keeper!!!!<br/>(I "frosted" them with conf. sugar, butter & lemon juice "frosting".)
