So good over fresh fruit, or a fruit tart. Many uses!


  1. In small bowl, sprinkle sugar and salt over sour cream.
  2. Let stand 2 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in cream 1 TBS at a time, until thoroughly blended.
  4. Cover and refrigerate.
