Sooo good on warm toast. Or bagels. Or muffins. Or fingers! Easy too. Suggested preserve flavors are strawberry, raspberry or blueberry.
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 1⁄2 cup fruit preserves, any flavor
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter with preserves.
- Mix until the desired consistency is reached.
- Place in a glass ramekin; top with single strawberry, raspberry or blueberry and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Delicious! We used sugar free blackberry preserves and made a coarse mixture with the butter. Great on bagels or toast. Must try on croissants, too! Quick and easy to fix. Thanks for posting! ~Sue
Ooooo yes! This is such an easy way to make butter better! It's also a great way to take some fat grams out of the butter. I used room temperature ingredients and it blended beautifully! I used blackberry jam (home made this summer) :) and it just made the warm bread melt in my mouth! I will be making this again and try all my jam flavors!
