Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 tablespoons mixed berries (e.g. blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blackcurrants)
  • 8 tablespoons plain yogurt or 8 tablespoons soy yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons essential fat oil (from any health food shop)

Directions

  1. Whizz all the ingredients in a blender for 1 minute and drink immediately.
