  • 236.59 ml strained orange juice
  • 709.77 ml water
  • sugar, to sweeten

  • Mix the strained orange juice with water.
  • Add sugar to sweeten.
  • Stir until dissolved.
  • Place in an ice tray and use in orange-based beverages when ice cubes have formed.
  • Why I love this recipe is because it is so versatile- you can substitute orange juice with strawberry juice/apple juice/pear juice/peach juice/watermelon juice/raspberry juice/cranberry juice/blueberry juice/mango juice/grapefruit juice/your favourite juice- the list is endless!
  • In this way, you can create your own"flavoured" ice cubes and dip them in your favourite beverage!
