  1. I love all of these ingredients separately but together... It was incredibly harsh/acrid to the taste buds.

  2. I love cheese balls and this one is super easy! I do it in the food processor so it's fast. It makes a really great basic recipe that you can switch up to suit your taste. I like to use two different sharp cheeses like Emmenthaler or another Swiss variety...try also a blue variety with a white cheddar, it's endless possibility! If you do choose to roll in nuts, I recommend toasting the nuts first and use pecans, walnuts or almonds.

  3. Quick, easy and tasty. I made this for a potluck party at work. I used cheddar cheese with bacon pieces in it for the flavor and I didn't have any prepared mustard so I used 1 tsp of dry mustard. I added some onion and garlic powder and chopped parsley. I let rest for 48 hours.

  4. Great tasting cheese ball. My mom puts chives in hers, but I didn't have any so that was the only thing missing in this recipe for me. I also prefer not to roll my cheese balls in nuts. This was the perfect size for about 4 or 5 people to snack on.

  5. they were very easy to make and that is the kind of recipe i like, and on top of that they were great tasting

I've been hanging around Zaar for a while, now and have found some really awesome recipes, but more importantly, some really awesome people. I'd like to thank all of you who have taken the time to try my recipes. Your reviews are a bright spot in my day. I believe that life is a collection of lessons that we must do our best to learn. One that I'm working on now is not judging those who judge others. I've come across this quote and thought I'd put it here: "The world is long on judgment and short on understanding. Judging is easy and self-satisfying. Understanding requires perspective, experience, and empathy."-Unknown
