Vermont Volcano Sauce

"If you like Hot and Sweet, have I got a treat for you! I got some real 100% pure maple syrup from a friend and created this sauce one day as a Tapas for fried shrimp. I have since served it as a dipping sauce for Chicken Fingers, and used it as a marinade/basting sauce for Chicken and Fresh Whites Fishes."

 1. How easy is this...and how good does it taste?!!
What a great, and versatile sauce. I used this to baste some burgers while they were cooking, and then drizzled some over the top before serving.....they were simply AMAZING!!
I can see this being used in a multitude of ways in our house, and on a very regular basis.
Thanks so much for sharing!!!
Made for SPRING PAC 2013.

 2. Super sauce! I needed a dipping sauce for some potstickers and thought this would work. I was very happy I tried this. It was very hot but the syrup balanced it perfectly. This was better than any dipping sauce you get at Chinese restaurants. Thanks for sharing. Made for PAC Fall 2011.

I will try any food once and love to experiment with different flavors. I am not a recipe follower, I just use them for ideas. I just take a pinch of this a punch of that and generally come out with great tasting meals.
