Vermicelli Upma

Ingredients:

Servings: 3

• 100 g vermicelli (boiled)
• 1 small onion
• 1 tablespoon carrot
• 1 tablespoon French style green bean
• 8 curry leaves
• 2 g mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon oil
• salt
• 2 g chili powder
• 2 green chilies
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons coriander

Directions:

1. .heat oil and add mustard seeds curry leaves and add onion and chopped vegetables
2. .add salt , and green chillies to it.
3. add boiled vermicelli to it and cook for 1 minute.
4. pour lemon juice and coriander.
