Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 lbs ground venison
  • 1 12 lbs ground pork
  • 1 12 cups dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 14 cups chicken broth
  • 3 12 teaspoons banger seasoning

Directions

  1. Mix well. Grind again. This mixture will be too fine to form into patties. Force mixture into casings and tie in 4-5 inch lengths. Bake or saute.
  2. BANGER SEASONING.
  3. 5 tsp Ground white pepper.
  4. 2 1/2 tsp Mace.
  5. 2 1/4 tsp Salt.
  6. 2 tsp Ground ginger.
  7. 2 tsp Rubbed sage.
  8. 1/2 tsp Nutmeg.
