- 1 onion
- 29.58 ml lemon juice
- 0.25 ml salt
- 236.59 ml water
- 24.64 ml oil
- 9.85 ml chili powder
directions
- Cut the Onion into small pieces.
- Dissolve the tamarind in the cup of water.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and put the chilli powder and the onion in the oil while hot.
- Pour the Tamarind water into the oil and stir thoroughly.
- Boil it for 10-13 minutes.
- Serve with boiled rice and clarified butter.
- Enjoy!
