  • Cut the Onion into small pieces.
  • Dissolve the tamarind in the cup of water.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet and put the chilli powder and the onion in the oil while hot.
  • Pour the Tamarind water into the oil and stir thoroughly.
  • Boil it for 10-13 minutes.
  • Serve with boiled rice and clarified butter.
  • Enjoy!
