This is an Indian traditional onion tamarind soup which can be taken with boiled rice. Will be awesome!

  1. Cut the Onion into small pieces.
  2. Dissolve the tamarind in the cup of water.
  3. Heat the oil in a skillet and put the chilli powder and the onion in the oil while hot.
  4. Pour the Tamarind water into the oil and stir thoroughly.
  5. Boil it for 10-13 minutes.
  6. Serve with boiled rice and clarified butter.
  7. Enjoy!
