These were good; we used 1 and 3/4 cups of milk to achieve the right consistency. {DH made these for me and we just figured out that he used 1/2 stick of butter [1/4 cup] instead of 1/2 cup :( ; this probably makes a difference in the amt. of milk.} This made 12 regular sized pancakes for us, and they were good, even with our mistake. I'll definitely be making these again, as they are simple and quick! Thanks for sharing, ClayManda. Made for Fall PAC '09.
