Such an easy recipe that everyone has a version of. I like to make this one, as it is the simplest. I serve it in a crockpot so it stays warm for our parties!
- Brown meat and transfer to pot.
- Add cheese, cut in cubes and the jar of picante sauce.
- Turn to low and let simmer until all cheese melts, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with tortilla chips.

So easy and everyone loves it. It can sit out for a while at parties and be repeatedly rewarmed without detriment. It also makes a lot, so you can split it into two batches and keep one in the freezer for your next get-together.
I love this dip. My foster mom use to make it and I haven't been able to find it til now. Thanks
