I got this recipe from my friend when we were teens. We would eat these sandwiches with bags of chips and candy bars. These bring back many memories.
- 8 slices white bread
- 6 ounces Velveeta Mexican cheese, sliced
- 8 ounces bologna
- Top 4 slices of bread with 1-2 rings of bologna and 1-2 cheese slices.
- Cover with remaining bread slices.
- Microwave 20 seconds.
- Allow the sandwich to cool before cutting.
