      cook rice as directed on package and put to the side.

      cut carrots into thin stips.

      chop celery into small pieces.

      steam broccoli, carrots, and celery.

      in a hot pan, heat oil, add green onions and cook for about 5 minutes.

      add egg whites and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne, mix around until eggs are cooked.

      add rice and soy sauce and stir for about 5 minutes.

      add steams veggies, avocado pieces, chopped cream cheese, and 1/2" teaspoon of cayenne mix over heat until melted.

      taste and add soy sauce until flavor desire is met.
