- 1⁄4 cup of chopped broccoli
- 1⁄4 of a red onion
- 1 medium carrot, chopped
- 1⁄4 of a red pepper, chopped
- 1⁄4 of a green pepper, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ginger (optional)
- salt and pepper
- heat water in a nonstick skillet.
- stir fry veggies until desired tenderness.
- season with garlic, ginger, salt and pepper.
- put in a bowl and add soy sauce.
