A quick-n-easy veggie stir fry. You can substitute other veggies depending on what's in your fridge.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Heat peanut oil in pan.
  2. Add sliced onion, saute 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms & zucchini, saute 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add Chinese cabbage. Immediately drizzle szechuan sauce over veggies, stirring and saute-ing until cabbage is wilted.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil.
  6. Salt & pepper to taste.
  7. Serve over white rice.
