It is a different version of the chicken noodle one I posted. This one is vegetarian, and trust me you won't miss the meat.
- 8 cups water
- 2 (12 ounce) cans diced tomatoes (one drained)
- 1⁄2 onion
- 5 celery ribs, diced
- 3 carrots, graded
- 1 garlic clove
- salt & pepper
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons vegetable stock
- 1⁄2 cup spiral shaped pasta
- Boil water and add chopped veggies.
- Cook till tender.
- Add stock powder and broccoli.
- Bring to boil and then let simmer for 30 min - 1 hour.
- Cook pasta; drain and add.
