Official Contest Entry: Simply Potatoes 5Fix. Side Dish; Breakfast Potato, Dinner Potato
- 1 (20 ounce) bag Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 medium shredded carrot
- 1 medium shredded zucchini
- 1 egg
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons flour
- Shred 1 medium carrot & 1 medium zucchini into mixing bowl.
- 1/2-3/4 bag of Simply Potato Shreds. Add egg and flour. Mix together. Shape into small patties and fry in olive oil until golden brown on each side of patty. Season with sea salt and pepper.
