Something I make every morning for tasty breakfast.
- stir all ingredients together.
- spray skillet with 1 spray of Pam.
- heat slowly until egg is cooked.
This was a wonderful breakfast today! I used egg whites (from a container), mushrooms and one green onion with a lot of pepper. Filling and satisfying! Will be making this often, switching out the veggies depending what I have on hand. Thanks for sharing!
