Yummmy LOW CAL omelet.
- 5 egg whites
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli spears, thawed
- 4 tablespoons salsa
- 4 tablespoons fat free mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon cooking spray
- Mix egg whites until frothy.
- Spray nonstick frying pan with cooking spray.
- Pour eggs into pan.
- Cook until set.
- Add broccoli, 3 TBS salsa, and 3 TBS cheese.
- Allow cheese to melt for 3 minutes.
- Flip omelet onto plate and top with remaining salsa and cheese.
