Found this recipe, and it looks good. Have not tried it out yet, but hope to soon.
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- In food processor, process walnuts, garlic, onion, parsley and celery.
- Add breadcrumbs, eggs and oil.
- Roll into balls.
- Place on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 375F 10-12 minutes til golden.
