      The flavor is excellent, but I'm very disappointed with the consistency. Mine turned out very watery with tiny veggie chunks. Is this because I used a food processor versus a blender or hand mixer? I would make it again but maybe using a different device, as the recipe calls for!

      I thought this had too much onion. But I will try it again with less onion, because otherwise, it was delicious!

      Awesome dip! Made it for 4th of July picnic and people were raving about it. I too, loved the flavor and the fresh herbs. I used regular sour cream and mayo because that's what I had on hand and a little more garlic. It's really worth taking the little bit of time to make your own dip; I made that decision after reading the ingredients in the store bought varieties when I thought of being lazy. This is a definite keeper! Next time I will go light. Thank you for sharing!
