- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 2⁄3 cup chopped black olives
- 2⁄3 cup chopped pine nuts
- 2 onions, chopped
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons oregano, chopped
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 (4 ounce) cans green chilies, heat to preference
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well.
