I found this recipe on Beyond Bariatric Blog. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

  1. In a large skillet sauté onion, bell peppers and celery in juice from pineapple chunks until tender. Add pineapple chunks, heat through.
  2. Prepare Shirataki noodles according to package directions. Add to skillet, heat through.
  3. Combine all the sauce ingredients in small bowl, whisk thoroughly. Add sauce to skillet, heat until thickened.
