  1. Slice veggies.
  2. Heat oil over medium heat.
  3. Saute onions and peppers for 5 minutes.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add mushrooms.
  6. Add worcestershire sauce.
  7. Let ingredients cook together for 5 minutes.
  8. Add cheese and let melt.
  9. Place ingredient into the hoagies.
  10. Enjoy!
