This wonderfully nutritious soup was created by fluke while I was attempting to soothe my cold and sore throat. The important thing about this soup is not to boil and destroy the nutrients from tall these precious ingredients.

  1. 1- Boil 4 cups of water and then turn off the heat completely.
  2. 2- Add in ginger, garlic, green onions, mint leaves.
  3. 3- Add in the miso paste
  4. 4- Throw in the broccoli
  5. 5- Incorporate the lemon, cayenne pepper and soy sauce and/or fish sauce.
