This is a quick and easy meal. Its not so much a recipie, more like putting two things together.
- 1 light multi-grain English muffin
- 1⁄2 cup vegetarian baked beans
- Toast the English Muffin.
- Heat up the beans in the microwave for about a minute.
- Spoon beans onto muffin and enjoy!
