  1. Saute onion and green pepper in oil-set aside.
  2. Steam all the other veggies in a large pot with 2 cups of water for 10 minutes on high heat.
  3. Stir in tomato paste.
  4. Add peanut butter.
  5. Quickly stir in last cup of water to soften peanut butter (much like making gravy).
  6. Add onion and green pepper and palm oil.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Add Braggs and lemon pepper to taste preference.
  9. Serve with rice.
  10. (Non-vegetarians can stew meat with veggies).
