A nice, light dish. You can add bacon if you would like, saute before the onion and garlic, then everything else the same.

  1. 1. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, saute for 2 minutes.
  2. 2. Add red pepper and continue to saute for another 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add carrots and peas, saute for 2 more minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in rice and soy sauce. Saute for another 2 minutes.
